I used to optimize my health to the smallest detail:

  • I feared blue-light

  • I feared plastic

  • I feared anti-nutrients

  • I did every little biohack

  • I had "perfect" routines

But even though I was doing all of that autistic shit… I was still fucking unhealthy.

And the worst part: I was compromising on life. I wasn't going on adventures because it would mess up my routine. I had sleep times like a fucking toddler. All in all I was becoming an autistic health nerd loser with no actual life.

And where did that get me? I had literally no friends, no adventures, no fun and no real progress in anything meaningful.

My goal was to be healthy. But after you've read this email you'll realize: That's the wrong damn goal.

But being healthy is still important, which is why I'll give you my full non-autistic health protocol that got me from the person I just described to the person who I'm now: Living life, having REAL fun, socializing, going on adventures, doing random sidequests while being in elite shape, having a resilient body and mind, having high-energy and being overall healthy.

real jacked mf

And quick reminder: This advice is NOT based on any studies or any other of that bullshit. It's purely based on my experience, intuition and simply what works. If you want to have scientific papers go to your doctor or to fucking Bryan Johnson. This isn't medical advice whatsoever, read this at your own risk.

Now that we have this out of the way we can actually start.

But before we do that we have to ask ourselves an important question:

Why should you be healthy?

This may sound like and idiotic question but it is not. Truly ask yourself this. Why do you want to be healthy?

If you're only reason is "umm because living longer" or "uhh health is, is very important!" then there we have the first big problem.

So then why should you be healthy?

Well OBVIOUSLY to live long, to be in good shape and to not get a heart attack at 50 years old. Duh.

But why do should you be healthy NOW?

Not to just be healthy, but to become resilient. We want to build our health around our lives, not the other way around.

We want to be able to live, go on adventures etc. without destroying our health. We want to be antifragile.

We want to have sky-high energy and testosterone levels to live the life we want.

We want to have health to SPEND it. Because health is a currency. Let me explain:

Let's say 100 health points is the maximum you can have. And you're pretty damn healthy, so you have 90. Now you go on an adventure, mess up your sleep schedule, eat a pizza and have a drink. Because you were healthy and RESILIENT in the first place, you only dropped 5 health points. You'll regain them in a day or two.

Now take someone unhealthy who does the same thing. They have a score of 30. Because their body is fragile, they drop 20 health points doing the exact same thing you did. Now they're at 10. Super unhealthy, feeling like shit, no energy etc. They lost TWO THIRDS of their already bad health.

Do you now see why we ACTUALLY want to be healthy? To be antifragile. To get punched in the face and not even blink because we can fucking take it.

THAT is health that levels up your life.

Now how to build this kind of health:

Where being autistic is actually good:

This is the first part of building antifragile health.

You have to address the deeper problems that YOU have.

For example if you have gut issues, you need to fix them first.

For that it is okay to be really autistic for a period of time.

So when we go with our example of gut problems:

You really learn about gut health and do a one month hard gut reset. You allow NO bad foods, you completely dial in your gut health.

But I assume that you are like me which is why you have already had a phase of being autistic with your health so this step isn't needed anymore.

But after you've fixed whatever deep health problems you had, we can move on to the main part:

The anti-autistic-health-protocol.

Training

Training is probably the easiest part of this all. You do what you want basically.

Don't shy away from anything and just do it all.

  • bodybuilding

  • martial arts

  • sprinting

  • cycling

  • running

  • hiking

  • calisthenics

You should be doing some kind of strength training at least 2-3x per week. But even there, retardmaxx lifting. Do the exercises you like. Don't fall for the Jeff Nippard "optimal" bullshit. Do the basics and the fun stuff.

For cardio basically just rely on sports. Just get more hobbies. Hiking, tennis, mountain biking, surfing, WHATEVER. Just make it fun. Cardio should be fun as fuck.

It's really not that complicated: Do what YOU enjoy and try to become an all around fit person.

Diet

The same goes for diet: Keep it simple. Don't overthink it.

  • meat

  • eggs

  • dairy

  • fruit

  • veggies

  • coffee

  • potatoes

  • rice

You know the basic healthy foods. Base 99% of your diet around them, which isn't hard if you can cook properly.

Side tangent: Everyone should be able to cook something solid. Have a couple of meals that taste really fucking awesome. Eat them every week. But also widen your horizon. Try new shit. Cooking is a fun skill.

As for things like seed-oils and all the other extremely unhealthy bullshit: Throw all of that shit out of your kitchen (if you haven't already). There are ONLY healthy foods allowed in your kitchen. That way you easily eat clean 99% of the time.

The other 1% is when you go out. When you're traveling. You obviously shouldn't go to fucking McDonald's , but if you eat a pizza that MAYBE has seed-oils, so fucking be it. You won't die. Eat the damn pizza.

Sleep

There are a thousand tips and hacks to improve your sleep.

If you don't want to be a nerd, focus on the things that ACTUALLY improve your sleep and with that increase your energy.

But all the sleep habits won't do shit if you don't have the single most important factor down, which is emptying the energy clip.

If you're going to bed at night and you're not DEAD exhausted from the day, you're doing something wrong.

You should have NO energy left.

And you'll only have that when you did lots of shit in the day.

If your day consists of being in your room watching self-improvement videos, you're obviously not exhausting yourself.

You should work on different projects, have lots of hobbies and do lots of sidequests.

It's simple: if you have a good day, you'll have a good night. And if you have a good night the next day will be even better. It's a virtuous circle that you can use to your advantage.

So the first step to great sleep is getting shit done and having lots of shit to get done.

Now we can get into the more detailed stuff.

A high-leverage thing to do is to cut out light, especially blue light a couple hours before bed. Just use dimmed, warm light or no light at all.

But again, I have to warn you: this can become quiet autistic. Don't fucking fear light. Just try to avoid it. You're on an adventure? Fuck that and just accept it. NEVER EVER stress yourself because of it. It will only make your sleep worse.

Then ofc just chill tf out in the evening. Read a book, watch a movie, drink some tea, smoke a cigar, whatever. Just chill and calm down.

For sleep times, try to go to bead roughly at the same time most of the days. Again, don't worry if you mess this up here and there. A resilient body can handle it.

Toxins

This was the one I was probably most autistic about.

And to be fair, toxins like estrogenics ARE everywhere and aren't great for you.

But that being said there is an even worse thing than having these toxins in your body: Having these toxins in your body and STRESSING about removing every single one of them. You'll only nocebo yourself into even worse health.

The game plan is as follows: 1. Remove easily removable Toxins. 2. Do ALL one-time removals. 3. Remove high impact toxins that are a bit harder to remove.

Easy-deletes

There are a few things which are very easily removable.

You don't need these things in any way, they're not good for you so it's a no-brainer to remove them.

These are things like sunscreen, seed-oils, soy, toxic shampoo, any of these artificial bathroom things, just throw them the fuck out.

One-time-deletes

These are things you have to remove ONE time and don't worry about ever again.

Buy yourself a water filter ONCE. Replace your plastic water bottle with a stainless steel one ONCE. Change to a natural mattress ONCE. Swap your coffee machine for a stainless-steel option ONCE. You get the point.

These things have the highest leverage. You only have to do something once and have no to very little recurring effort you have to give it but can still harvest the fruits for a long time.

High-impact-deletes

Then there are things that take a bit more effort to remove but are high leverage so are worth the effort.

So for example sorting out polyester clothing and only buying natural clothing after that (with the exception for very specific clothes like skiing clothes etc., but your daily clothes should be natural).

This all sounds like it's pretty much to do but trust me, it's not. All the things I've mentioned are very easy fixes and pay off.

Sunlight

This will be quick: Get as much sunlight as you possibly can. And then get more.

Get tan as fuck. Do as much of your shit outside in the sun.

Go into nature as much as you can.

Even if the sun isn't shining, the natural light is good for you.

Should be a no-brainer considering how many activities you can do outside.

So there you have it: My anti-autistic-health-protocol.

The most important thing is that you listen to YOUR intuition and YOUR body.

Don't listen to stupid studies or anything the nerds say.

And never let any optimization get in the way of LIVING.

Keep lifemaxxing brother.

Vamos.
