I Almost Gave Up... Here’s What Saved Me

Here's my story. Not exceptional, but surely inspiring. And there is one thing, that saved me, which everyone should have in their life.

I still remember the days when I got into self improvement.

The first Hamza videos. The Tate edits. The first pushups in my bedroom. The TikTok feed slowly changing to fitness guys.

I remember the random SMMA I wanted to start because Iman Gadzhi told me so. I remember listening to these guys without even thinking about it.

I remember the struggles I went through.

I remember that brake-up like it was yesterday. The fire which it lighted in me.

This was almost two years ago. Many failed missions, many lessons learned.

I've come a long way, but I'm not even close to where I will go.

But sometimes you just gotta be grateful. Grateful for that one video YouTube recommended to you. Grateful for that brake-up. Grateful for whatever challenge God gave you. Cause He and only He is the one who turned my life around.

The motivation videos were no coincidence. The struggles weren't there to hurt me. It was all sent into my life by God. I wanted to become strong, so he send me the toughest battles to fight. That's how God works.

  • I started with pushups, expanding to calisthenics. Then I joined the gym. From 52 kg to 78 kg.

  • I started with an agency that never worked. Then a YouTube channel. Grew it to 600 subs. Started a skool community. Didn't work. Started an X account. We'll see how it works out.

  • I started as a non-believer. But God sent me the right videos. He sent Jesus Christ into my life to save me and forgive my sins. I got into religion. Got baptized. Started praying. I'm still learning to love God more. To live like he wants me to.

  • I started with meditation. I now have a streak of 725 days. Time flies...

  • I started self-improvement. Then I became obsessed with it. Made progress, but the obsession turned against me. I started living more, which is my current project: Actually living and getting out of the routine, which became my new comfort zone.

I failed countless times. But every time I stood up, wiped the dust of my shoulders and got back to work.

You can, and should fail as often as possible. Because failure isn't failing, but not trying again. Act. Fail. Learn. Recalibrate. Act again. Repeat until you win.

Soon I will enter a completely new chapter of my life. Dropping out of school to start an apprenticeship as a professional hunter. I don't know what to expect. I am NOT prepared. Not at all. But God will guide me. Everything will work out in the end.

I don't think my story is exceptional. But it is enough to inspire.

I know that I will go far. I will reach heights many can only dream of. I know I will win. There's no other possibility. I will reach my dreams. I will meet my future wife. I will make the business work. I will raise my future kids to be greater than myself. I will have the homestead.

Life really is trial and error. We never know what we're supposed to do. We never know which path to take. We have to try. You can't know without trying. "Action beats inaction every single time." You just have to experiment. Life is one giant study. A study about yourself.

Ask the girl.

Shoot the shot.

Launch the business.

Run the ad.

Quit the job.

Take the risk.

When you’re 85 years old and on your deathbed, you’re not gonna wish you had fewer crazy stories.

Life's a game. And yes, you can respawn in this game. When you fuck up, God always gives you another chance. He forgives you. But you have to take the chance.

God is generous. God is great. Life is great. Enjoy the ride, brother.
