Two years ago I was lonely as fuck and my life was a boring, mundane existence.
I was on self-improvement, stuck in a shitty routine.
And I'm not joking when I say: I didn't have a single good friend. Not even one.
All my time was spent with "healthmaxxing", "productivity" and "self-improvement".
But somehow I was neither healthy, nor productive or was I improving myself.
I was just staying on the wrong train because some youtubers told me so.
But the problem is: The longer you stay on the wrong train, the more expensive it is to get home.
That all was until I did ONE crucial thing.
This one thing woke me up. I started realizing that I'm not living, I'm barely existing.
What was this thing?
I went on an adventure:
A three day camping trip in the Swiss alps.
But how could such a little thing have such a big impact?
This adventure forced me to stop optimizing stupid little details.
Because before that I was really, like, REALLY autistic about my health.
But now I had to sleep in a polyester sleeping bag, drink water from a plastic bottle, eat bread, and all the small shit which it is completely unnecessary to worry about. (Note: Ofc try to not drink from plastic every day, but when on adventures etc. you don't have a choice, so don't worry about it.)
So I let go of the optimization… because I HAD to.
But that was only one part of what caused my transformation.
This adventure was also great because of several other things:
I experienced new shit
I made new memories
I learned new skills
I had fun (yeah…really, FUN)
I started seeing the bigger picture of life
I realized I'm healthier when I don't stress about health
Ever since then I started to lifemaxx more and more.
I started to adventuremaxx.
I did more sidequests, had more REAL fun and made new memories.
And, more importantly, I made new friends and brought back life to dead friendships.
It's fair to say that adventures had a MASSIVE impact on my life.
They turned me into a lifemaxxer.
Which is why I want you to do more adventures.
But if don't know where to start, I got you covered.
I will be hosting several little adventures over the next few months, primarily in Germany and Switzerland.
The first few will be free, but I'm not sure for how long I can keep it that way.
We will go hiking, camping etc.
Just having fun, making memories.
So if you're seriously interested, reply with "adventure" to this email. I will add you to a group.
But even if you're not from Europe, you still need to go on adventures.
Just get your ass up and do something.
Stop planning it out.
Choose a rough area, go hiking and search for a good campsite.
And then you'll have the time of your life.
But you actually have to fucking do it.
Adventuremaxx, brother.
Vamos.
