Bro, stop lying.

You didn't start self-improvement to track your sleep, fear plastic or to fucking meditate.

You started it because you wanted to be a jacked, confident, high-T chad.

You started it because you wanted to move like Bond.

Or speak live like Tyler Durden.

Like the main-character who actually lives.

But what did you get instead?

  • bedtimes of a toddler

  • fear of plastics

  • rules for life 🤡

  • a big fucking stick in your ass

But the cure is exactly the thing the gurus want you to avoid.

Because they want you to be a production robot:

"Don't watch movies."

"Don't consume, only create."

"Never waste a single second."

But you're not gonna journal your way to winning.

All these cute self-improvement habits work on the surface, but do jack shit when you look a little deeper.

Why? Because they don't change your identity.

And even if they do, then your new identity is a guy measuring his macros, meditating and journaling? That sounds like a patient in a hospital who can't move so that's his life lol

That's not like the lifemaxxed life of a young ballsy stud you were going for, is it?

These habits may give you little improvements here and there, but they're just a facade.

You yourself haven't really changed.

But there's a powerful tool to change that.

This tool actually changes your identity and personality.

And if you know anything about that stuff you know that changing your identity leads to changing your behaviors which will determine the outcome of your life.

So this is VERY high ROI, but only if you sue it right.

The tool I'm talking about is watching movies.

Yeah, you read that right. Movies.

This might not seem like a tool but a mere entertainment thing.

But you're dead wrong with that assumption.

Because when you watch movies where you want to be the main character, something shifts inside of you.

Have you ever watched a Bond movie and not felt and moved different after that? Ofc not.

You take on character traits from these characters.

You start to talk like Bond.

You start to be retardmaxxed like Tyler Durden.

You start to be bold like Achilles.

You can watch all the "actionable" self-improvement videos you want.

But you'll realize that a good story will teach you so much more and actually change you.

But if you watch movies like the normies do, you're cooked.

They glamorize the main character.

They take it as entertainment.

But you gotta look deeper. Take up that "umph". Philosophize with your homies after the movie. Really let the story and the spirit of the movie sink in.

And that way you take the lessons and the identity shift with you.

And the last thing to using this tool right is obviously watching the right movies.

Start with the classics: Bond, Troy, Fight Club, Scarface etc.

Maybe I'll do a full movie list someday.

But here are a couple that are on my watchlist:

  • The Godfather

  • Conan The Barbarian

  • The Departed

  • The Terminator

  • Gladiator

  • The Dark Knight

  • Into the wild

  • The passion of the Christ

Watch movies, but watch them with intention.

Cute habits are for "optimization".

But movies can rewire you.

And then become the fucking main character.

Take up the energy.

Vamos.
