A retard giving you the sidequest of your life
Productivity Is Cope. You Need Lore.
You did EVERYTHING right:
You quit junk food.
You started working out.
You started journaling.
You started meditating.
You optimized your sleep.
And it worked: You improved.
You got healthier.
You got productive.
You made "progress". But was it in the right direction?
Because here's a truth the self-improvement gurus don't want to tell you:
Routines mean shit. Your live's still fucking EMPTY.
You wake up, go through your routine, hit the gym, eat clean and track your habits.
BUT GUESS WHAT: There's no life left.
Where's the chaos?
Where's the enjoyment?
Where's the excitement? The feeling that each day throws you into a new adventure?
There are no stories.
There is no risk.
The fire died down. You've lost it. There's nothing burning inside you.
Except THERE IS.
You just need a tiny little spark to light it up again.
I will provide you with it.
But why am I even writing about this?
Because so far I've described myself… less than a year ago.
I was on self-improvement HARD.
I optimized EVERYTHING.
My health. My focus. My productivity. My mental health. My habits. My routine. My diet. My screen time.
It felt like I was leveling up big time… until I hit a wall.
I noticed: I'm not really feeling that great. My energy is down. I have no friends left. I'm in my room the whole day.
FUCK. This shit imprisoned me. But I didn't admit it. I kept going. I thought I needed more optimization.
Until I was forced to stop for a week.
And that's when it clicked.
I felt better without the obsessive healthmaxxing.
I felt happier without the journaling.
I felt free without all the routines and habits.
And I realized: Self-improvement is a prison.
It's great when you start, but after some time it holds you hostage.
I traded the normie matrix for the self-help matrix.
I decorated my prison cell. BUT I WAS STILL IN FUCKING PRISON.
But then FINALLY I started breaking the walls.
And with each hit I got closer and closer to breaking out.
Because I realized: You're not broken.
Guys like Hamza, Huberman, Goggins or Peterson just sold you the idea that you need to optimize your way to fulfillment.
Wrong.
You don't need more structure. You need chaos.
You don't need more rules. You need more freedom.
You don't need more habits. You need to do whatever the fuck YOU want to do.
But there was one thing that was a huge needle-mover to get out of the self-help-trap.
It wasn't something fancy.
It wasn't something Hamza talked about.
It wasn't something from a study.
It was simply going on adventures.
ADVENTUREMAXXING.
Picture two guys:
Guy A: Basement Bob.
He's a real self-improover.
He wakes up at 5am, takes cold showers, journals, meditates, works, lifts, eats clean and goes to sleep at 8.
He's doing everything "right".
Yet, when he goes to sleep, he feels empty.
It was just another day, with just the same routine, where nothing exciting happened and he's still the same person.
Now Guy B: Chaddington
He wakes up when his body got enough sleep.
He drinks a coffee and decides to go on an adventure today.
Drives to a new place.
Climbs up a mountain.
Meets cool people.
Gets into a bit of trouble.
Invites the dudes he met to do something really retarded.
Has the fun of his life.
Sleeps somewhere in the forest.
Comes home the next day, scraped up with a big smile on his face.
Now who is lifemaxxing?
The guy optimizing everything, sitting in his bedroom being "productive".
Or the chad who has a day of seeing new places, meeting new people, gathering new stories and having fun along the way.
The second guy lived 20 lives while the first one is still trying to find the perfect plan.
We didn't start self-improvement to be a productivity robot.
We started it to be a man. To live with FIRE.
It's not about how productive your routine is. Nobody fucking cares about that.
It's about the stories you can tell your grandchildren one day. About the man you become through adventure.
Adventuremaxxing is Lifemaxxing.
But it's hard to find new adventures and sidequests.
You need some kind of map to at least start the journey. After that you can freestyle it.
So I created something:
The free 30-Day Lifemaxxing Challenge (launching SOON)
2-4 sidequests per week.
One bigger adventure per week.
This isn't about getting "productive".
It's about getting out there, making memories and getting out of your comfort zone.
This is the shit giving you real aura.
You become that interesting, high energy chad who somehow always does these crazy things.
This makes you dangerous.
Normies dream of adventure.
While you're in the arena.
Getting scars.
Writing your own fucking story.
Creating lore.
This challenge is a basic roadmap to get you started.
Free, fun and simple.
You gain real XP.
So let's get the adventures started.
The 30-Day Lifemaxxing Challenge for this August will launch in the next couple of days. You’ll get sent an e-mail and be the first to have it.
Dive into adventure.
See you in the real world. Collecting stories.
Vamos brother.
